How to make your own skull tights

1st step, grab some old tights, or new ones, whatever! Put them on.....
Then just get cutting, I started with the eyes...just pinch your tights and cut off the top of your pinch, and you've got an eye!
Then go for the nose, for the nose and mouth I didn't pinch, I just cut a slit straight into the tights.
Then just carry one in a skull shape, I didn't plan mine I just went for it but if you were really clever you could print out a stencil and stick it to your leg! I may do this with another pattern now I've thought of it!!

Make sure you paint round each hole with clear nail varnish to stop it laddering further! Your legs gets covered but its fineeee and you end up with a lovely peely clear skull on your leg when you take them off!
For the really small holes you have to get the nail varnish on quick before it has change to get bigger.
That's it! I did a large one 1st and decided I could do better so did a smaller one on the front of the opposite leg, so I have one on the front and one on the back!
I'm not too good at writing instructions but I hope you can follow this! They're pretty easy!
Just need to think of other patterns & shapes to do not! if anyone thinks of any let me know, I wonder if crosses would work??

So I'd just written my post about foooood and I spotted these tights on ASOS' facebook page and HAD to make them! I grabbed an old pair of tights I had on my Leeds Fest pile and got my scissors and off I went! I love them! And they literally took me 5 minutes!

My Weekend in Food!

Maybe a should change my blog to a food blog since I can't seen to have a meal without taking a photo of it! This weekend was no different!
So my weekend started with a trip in to town.....
Top - Forever 21, Jeans - Topshop
My first ever Twinkie! When I was in New York last summer this was on my list of things to try! But I couldn't seem to find any. After trying Twizzlers and hating them and I'm not keen on american chocolate either I was pretty sure I'd hate these, but I didn't! I found them in this american sweet shop in town, they sell all the classics, Fruit Loops, Pop Tarts, Nerds, Lucky Charms etc. They're a bit sticky like they have a treacle coating and the inside is like a marshmallow fluff and cream cross. Anyway I'd recommend them!

We then popped to a bar for a quick drink since it was really hot and sunny and I spotted Hooch. I was only talking about it the other day and it seems to have made a come back! I know it's like the oldest alchopop ever but it was like Fanta lemon and was very refreshing!! If you don't remember Hooch your either too young or you missed out 1st time round!!

On Saturday night I went out for tea with my boyfriends family to a local pub. The food is always amazing. Although I always have the same thing!! Yum!
And finally, my bacon sarni this morning!! I had one Saturday morning too but sometimes I'm just too hungry to take a photo!

Hope I've made everyone hungry! :)

I go to Leeds fest on Wednesday and I cannot wait!! Might take a few outfit photos while I'm there....If I'm not too drunk or cold!

P.S. I've created a blog Twitter and Instagram too!! So make sure you follow! :)

A Slice of Mint

Mint cut out dress - Republic, Lisbon heels - Topshop, Cross necklace - Forever 21

I love this dress, I bought it in May for my birthday meal, it's so easy to wear, day or night just chuck on a bit of jewellery and you're done! They do it in soooo many colours too! My and my friend ended up buying the same one. We realised this after describing them to each other....safe to say we avoided wearing them on the same night!!
The shoes were another birthday treat, my boyfriend said I could have a pair of shoes, I ended up buying two pairs and had to take one pair back. Luckily for me I ended up finding the other pair in eBay for £20 (instead of £65) so I ended up with both! The other pair are the buckle ones I'm wearing in my last post, here.

Thanks for reading,
